12 Weeks Intense Training

In order to get the most out of your personal training sessions, it's important to be comfortable with the exercises and to make sure you're performing them correctly. If you're not comfortable with the exercises, you won't be able to get the most out of the session. Additionally, if you're not performing the exercises correctly, you won't be able to get the most out of the session.

Weekly Check ins 

Check-ins are important to keep on track with your fitness journey. Every week, take measurements of yourself and review your progress from the week before. This will help see how far you’ve come and give you the motivation to keep going.

Set new goals for each week and progress to stay accountable.

Tailored Nutrition 

A tailored meal plan is one that’s designed specifically for you. It includes meals and foods that you like, and it’s based on your specific goals, dietary needs, and food preferences. It also takes into account your meal times that fit around your schedule and lifestyle. A tailored meal plan is a great way to make sure you’re getting the nutrients you need, and it can help you reach your goals.
